Bob Reinhard
Founder, Owner & CCBW (Chief cook and bottle washer)
Bob is the founder of the business. He has a real estate background in investing going back to the 1980s while living in NYC. It was his concept to create a service business focused on the betterment of the individual and on the improvement of the community. He oversees the implementation of these goals by his active involvement in helping people who are underwater on their homes, facing foreclosure, or are just “Fed Up” with their financial situation and their property. Bob is a member of bi-state Real Estate Investment Associations and real-estate-oriented MeetUp groups, as well as being the host of his own local group.
Celia Garrett
Home Sales Specialist Extraordinaire
Celia oversees all operations of the sales of our properties through our acquisitions and/or rehabbing process. She is the co-lead on the interacting with our clients that are facing foreclosure, are underwater, or are just Fed Up with their financial situation and their property. She is experienced in both the Connecticut and New York markets. Her main goal is to make our home sales as efficient as possible. She is able to have a broad marketing outreach through her affiliation with William Raveis Real Estate, the No. 1 family-owned real estate company in the Northeast. Her expertise also aids in how we finish our rehab interiors.

Acquisitions Consultant and All-Around Real Estate Guru
Bill is been an extremely successful real estate investor for over 20 years. He has been involved in the purchased and sale of over 2,000 properties. He is one of the most successful investors in America and he contributes his success to a great work ethic and his strong communication skills. Bill is the Co-Founder of Investors Edge University.
Matthew Karlgut
NY Southern Tier Manager and Acquisitions Specialist
Matthew comes from a large and active community-based based family in the Binghamton area. His knowledge of the real estate market in the Southern Tier is second to none. We are pleased that Matthew lays a major role in our group, allowing us to tap into his vast experience in rehabbing properties for flipping and for buy-and-holds. Matthew is also President and CEO of Karlgut Enterprises, located in his hometown of Endicott, NY.
